ROYI develops PU synthetic leather on woven, knitted and microfiber bases, including dry-transfer constructions and project-specific microfiber PU laminated to bovine split leather.
Surface, hand feel, thickness, backing, flex, hydrolysis, peel and abrasion targets are matched to the finished product—not selected from appearance alone.

PU leather is a layered material system. The visible PU surface controls grain, color, gloss and touch, while the backing and bonding route influence body, flexibility and dimensional stability.

Dry-transfer route
The PU surface is first formed on release paper. An adhesive layer is prepared, then the surface is laminated to the selected textile, microfiber or split-leather-based substrate.
Dry lamination describes the bonding route. It does not automatically mean solvent-free.
